Agency/Recruitment Operator Skills Assessment
NEW! This assessment is unique to us. It is designed for employers who are recruiting qualified forklift truck operators or those using Ageny forklift operators.
The assessment is designed to indentify competency and to assess the operator as to whether they would benefit from refresher training. Recommendations will be made on completion of the assessment as to the competency of each operator and feedback will be provided to the employer.
This assessment is ulitmately designed for reducing risk within the workplace. It will aim to reduce the cost of recruiting by selecting the right operator(s) first time.
Assessment Duration: 0.5 to 1 day (usually 09:00 to 16:30).
Maximum operators: 3 (0.5 day) or 6 (1 day) – individual time slots.
Delivery Method: Classroom & Practical training & Assessment.
Location: Customer premises.
Pre requisites: Evidence of prior certification.
